What a brilliant day raising money for Ward L42 at Leeds General Infirmary yesterday. ⛳️
The weather stayed on our side for the most part, even if it got a little windy now and then. Amy and the team are still counting everything up, but it’s already into the thousands of pounds raised, which is absolutely amazing.
A massive thank you to everyone who helped make the day happen, especially Amy Gilchrist, Harry Gilchrist and all the other people working behind the scenes. Events like this don't happen without a lot of hard work from a lot of people.
We were also blown away by the generosity of those who donated prizes. There were some fantastic gifts up for grabs throughout the day, and everyone’s support helped make the event such a success.
We'll share the final fundraising total as soon as it's confirmed.
