I am thrilled to bring you more news about our partnership with the Simon Grayson Football Academy (SGFA) and explain more about our role as their key logistics partner.
Simon has experienced over 1250 games in professional football, winning the league cup as a player with Leicester City. As a coach and manager he’s achieved six promotions in stints with a number of clubs, including a very successful spell with Leeds United, and he has built an enviable reputation for success across the game. We know that his football academies, the first of which will be based at the amazing Leisure United Woodhall Hub in Calverley, will prove popular with football mad children and we are very proud to play our part.
Our team will lead on safeguarding, compliance, partnerships, welfare and parent support across the Academy and Jake Price, our Project;Football lead will work closely with Simon and Joe Grayson SGFA’s managing director, to create a progressive curriculum that communicates their philosophy and helps children develop as players and as people using four key strands: Knowledge, Ability, Attitude and Opportunity.
