We have become a real specialist at producing these stainless steel endoscopy sinks and they are appearing in many sterile services departments across the healthcare sector.

These units have under slung cabinets with internal electromechanical rams which have a range of motion +/-400mm giving multiple users the ability to set the sink at a comfortable working height.

Ky Littlewood has been a Sheet Metal Fabrication Apprentice at Pland since August last year. As part of Ky’s ‘off-the-job’ training, to help upskilling, he was asked by his Team Leader to make an Infinity Cube.

We are fast becoming the leading producer of stainless steel endoscopy and sterile services decontamination sinks. These units come with different bowl and drainer configurations, and bespoke sizes to suit room requirements.

Many are made with a rise and fall feature so that the unit can be adjusted by a programmable remote control to cater for different heights of user, making it an altogether more comfortable work station in which to operate.

NEW CASE STUDY…. 📣 🙌
The new school of Medicine at the University of Central Lancashire opened in June. The facility, based in Preston, will support first-class research and education in its field.

Pland were approached by Stirling Medical & Scientific to supply several bespoke StainlessSteel products for the centre, including a large, height-adjustable animal table.

We worked closely with Cu-Plas and Ameon Limited and are delighted to have been involved in such a prestigious project.

We've been manufacturing a series of bespoke Rise and Fall Sinks for Border Control.

Manufactured here at Pland in Leeds from grade to the customers specifications, with high splashback and integral bowl.

The unit measures 600 x 600 x 500 mm and mounts to the wall with feet supports. It comes complete with sensor taps, waste and bottle trap. They are ideal for many applications including, healthcare, veterinary, and general decontamination areas.
