Attention to all customers!
Important Update – Regarding ABS Batteries.........
We can no longer accept batteries that contain ABS plastic in our yard.
This is due to regulatory updates and new guidance from the Environment Agency regarding the handling of small lead-acid batteries, which we must fully comply with.
We are also unable to accept power tool batteries.
We will still accept all other standard lead-acid batteries, so you can bring those in as usual.
If you’re unsure whether your battery contains ABS plastic, don’t worry – just:
Send us a picture on messenger
or
Bring it in and we’ll advise you.
Car / Van batteries
Lorry batteries
Forklift batteries are all excepted.
