We set the guys a test! Using our 3D printer, our laser and our fabrication skills, just how small could we make an illuminated letter?!

Well less than 40mm seems to be the answer! The first photo is unilluminated, the second is. The photos do not do the illumination justice (do they ever) but the finished sign looks great, almost too perfect!

We will always continue to offer metal letters, but we know there will also be a time when we get asked to produce some tiny illuminated letters for a high end customer and now we can confidently say we can help.

If we can help you on your next project for some lovely stainless steel halo letters or some iddy piddy 3D printed ones, you know where to come....

Here we have a great example of a simple Tray Sign with pushed through Acrylic Letters, illuminated with LEDS and Vinyl applied for a splash of colour 😍

Is it just me or does almost every email you send out get an "out of office" reply at the moment? I know it's the school holiday and (for once!) the sun is shining but surely some of you are working out there? 😂

Phones are noticeably quiet (as are the orders) and i'm sure they'll pick up again when the schools go back (or it (inevitably!) starts to rain again!

So in the meantime we've been playing with our new acrylic laser and existing toys and, ta dah!, present our illuminated directory....

Text is laser cut 3mm acrylic with machined bars (can be painted aluminium, brass, patinaed brass etc) with integral COB LED strip.

Another sunny day on the South coast and so what better than to look back on a job completed for a customer just along the coast!

A bespoke frame fabricated to withstand one of the toughest environments in the UK. Exposed above the restaurant this sign on Brighton Palace Pier is subject to high winds, rain and salty sea spray - and that's just in the summer!

Fitted with painted acrylic letters 10mm and 50mm thick and an aluminium tray all over lacquered to help protect them in this harsh location. The steel frame being shot blasted, hot zinc sprayed and then powder coated as best practice in a marine environment.

Need trays? Need letters? Need frames? Need letters on frames? (you can see where i'm going with this!) or just anything sign and metal related then you know what to do.....
