We were really pleased to be invited by Grundfos Fire Pumps to visit their main production facility in Denmark. It was a brilliant trip and extremely informative and interesting with a real insight into modern manufacturing of pumps and control equipment. Also we were picked up and dropped off in their own jet. We would like to thank everyone at Grundfos for their hospitality and fantastic food during the visit and all the other guests for the great time had.

I received a phone call this afternoon from a client who wanted to thank everyone at UK Sprinklers for the hard work in getting the first 3 blocks ready to handover at Nine Elms Point; a deadline that was dropped on us at the eleventh hour. This involved some very hard work and VERY long hours by the lads on site, some outstanding site management and brilliant support by the office and key suppliers to ensure everything gets there on time. Everyone pulled out the stops to make it happen. The client added he will be putting this in writing and it is very much appreciated, but that he wanted to thank everyone involved and didn't want to wait. In these busy times were everything is rushed and no one has 5 minutes to make this kind of phone call this doesn't happen very often, but when it does it makes a massive difference.
