Every single session is suitable for all levels, modifications are always given, and you go at your own pace. No judgment, no pressure - just a brilliant group of mums all in the same boat.

And if your baby cries? Honestly - so does everyone else’s 😄 Need to stop for a nappy change, a feed, or just a breather? You go right ahead - you are so welcome here, babies and all 🍼

Week beginning 25 May, here’s what we’ve got lined up 👉 swipe to see all classes!

⚡ Spaces are already going - She Lifts is FULL, so if you’ve been thinking about joining, now’s the time.

All classes are taught by a qualified postnatal specialist, and every single one is postpartum friendly - whether you’re 6 weeks post-birth or a few years down the line. You belong here. 💛

Your baby stays right by your side throughout, so you never have to be apart. We bring toys and instruments to keep the little ones entertained while you get your workout in - and trust us, they love it just as much as you do. 🎶🧸

We’re a body positive bunch, and honestly? The ladies in these classes are just lovely. Friendly, welcoming, no judgement - just good vibes and a good sweat. 🙌

We’re heading back to one of our favourite spots for our next pushchair walk, and we’d love you to join us!

Here’s the plan:

🚶‍♀️ Meet outside Skogen for a relaxed 45-minute stroll through the park - good chat guaranteed
☕🍰 Finish back at Skogen for coffee and cake!

Whether you’re a regular or completely new, you are so welcome here. Come with a friend, come alone - anything goes. These walks are a wonderful chance to connect with someone you might never have crossed paths with otherwise. 🩷

Open to every mum who needs a bit of fresh air, sunshine, and people who just get it.
