Design and Build Contracts: As is becoming ever more popular, we can provide a full design and build package including a certified design, regulatory permissions and construction. Recent completed projects include the a new Driving Standards Agency test track and offices at Dunsinane Industrial Estate, Dundee and construction of a new salt store in Forfar. Civil Engineering: Our civil engineering business spans everything from major roadworks, to flood prevention schemes, site clearance and hard and soft landscaping. Recent high profile projects, completed on or before schedule include the state of the art Digital Media Park at Ninewells Dundee, Orchardbank Business Centre, Forfar and coastal protection works at Broughty Ferry, Dundee. Demolition: Our service offering within the Demolition sector comprises all commercial and industrial contracts. The demolition side of the business works in tandem with our recycling & crushing operations. Started in 2007, we have been involved in many projects of varying scales to date, from large scale demolition and clearance of industrial estates and factories, including: Wallace Craigie Works, Dundee, Carr’s Fertilizers, Montrose, Former Hospital Blocks at Stracathro Hospital, Brechin and the Barnton Hotel, Edinburgh. Recycling, Crushing and Screening: We undertake a wide range of services including crushing, screening and the supply of recycled aggregates.
