Here at Solway Feeders, we have provided game and poultry keepers with a wide range of everyday, specialist and even unique, high quality and innovative products for over 20 years. Since launching our website in 2000, we have taken orders from all four corners of the globe and entered into new markets with our own design Solway Feeders branded products. The company started in a farm workshop in 19
89 fuelled by the experience and passion for wildlife of the original owner, William Kennedy. In fact we still use his slogan BORN FROM PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE as all our products are tried and tested before being marketed. Over the years, the company has evolved and expanded and we now occupy a warehouse & storage block, design & test facility, engineering workshop, joinery workshop and head office in the sleepy village of Dundrennan in the Galloway hills looking towards the Solway Firth and beyond. It is here that we design, test, manufacture and dispatch our products. In 2010, the company came under new management, run by a group of individuals with a wealth of experience of the products and services we offer and the industries we support. As part of our continuing expansion and entry into new export markets in early 2013 we set up an agency and dispatch facility in Live Oak, Florida USA to cover North America & Canada. In 2014 we appointed agents in Denmark, Finland & Sweden. 2015 will see further expansion into South Eastern Europe. We have a sales and technical department with knowledgeable staff to help in your choice of products and how to install any of our range. We are able to advise on and supply single items right up to complete systems and packages for the larger commercial operators. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Buying online through our website is both simple and secure. All card payments are processed by SagePay; your card details are never stored and we never pass your details onto third parties.
