We've been working with DH Admin & Business to help reduce our admin and streamline our day to day operations.
DH Admin & Business have been great to work with. Dannie has build us a website, (https://kirkcudbrightstorage.co.uk/) and created a Google profile which is performing really well, as well as orchestrate a new invoicing system, giving me more time and less pressure at the end of the month to deal with some 30+ customer accounts.
Their in-house software also allows me to manage marketing, social activity and customer interactions all in the one place. Really helpful.
Although we are currently sold out and at capacity, our customer traffic has increased significantly. We hope to expand this year if our planning application is successful with Dumfries and Galloway council.
Running two businesses is incredibly challenging, but having business support from DH Admin has been a real blessing. Highly recommend.

Alongside the wider work weโve been doing with KBT Storage, one of the most valuable changes has been completely reworking how invoicing is handled.
Previously, all invoices were:
- Created manually
- Sent individually
- Tracked by hand
- With no automation or accounting flow at all
Around ๐ฏ๐ฎ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ต, all relying on the ownerโs time.
Thatโs now been replaced with a fully structured system.
Today:
- Recurring invoices are created automatically
- Payments are handled via Direct Debit / Standing Order
- New customers can pay automatically via card on file
- Each invoice includes a secure online payment link
- Everything is tracked and managed in one place
- The system is easily scalable as customer numbers grow

More importantly, thatโs a day no longer spent on admin - and a day now used running JF Groundworks & Services, bringing money into the business instead of chasing paperwork.
No drama.
No complicated processes.
