Laser Marking Enclourse
We worked closely with an equipment manufacturer to produce a complete solution for their production line. Matching seamlessly with the three previous installations at our client’s site.
• Custom-Built Design: Featuring a sleek rounded aluminium extrusion frame with stainless steel sheeting and laser-safe polycarbonate panels for durability and safety.
• Safety First: Doors are equipped with safety interlocks to ensure they remain closed during laser operation and pneumatic movements. Plus, the enclosure includes a start/stop button with LED indicators for clear equipment status.
• Integrated Control: The lower frame houses an electrical compartment with PLC, relays, safety systems, signaling, and power supply. We work closely with OEMs to ensure seamless integration and signal management.
• Flexible Marking: The top-mounted laser printer is on a 1-axis movement system, accommodating various product sizes. Laser marking settings are easily adjusted via a dedicated HMI operator screen.
• Efficient Fume Extraction: An opening for an extraction system helps to manage fumes during the laser process, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
