Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting The Platinum Group for Black Country Chamber of Commerce.

The session, Profiling for Performance, brought together senior leaders from across multiple industries for an engaging morning that focused on leadership development and personality profiling.

A big thank you to Gail Arnold for organising the event, and to Clare MacColl from Revision Ltd for facilitating such an insightful and interactive session.

Today marks 30 years of Elta Group.

This milestone celebrates three decades since the formation of Elta Group in 1996, while recognising a heritage that stretches back much further through the businesses, people, and ideas that laid our foundations.

As a family-owned group of companies, Elta Group has grown to support industries and applications across international markets, united by a shared purpose: Enhancing Life Through Air.

Our legacy is shaped not only by the products and services delivered by our group companies, but by the long-standing relationships built with customers, partners, and employees around the world.

Today, we would like to thank every colleague, past and present, whose dedication, expertise, and commitment have helped shape Elta Group into what it is today.

At Elta Group, something we are extremely proud of is the commitment to our employees, which is demonstrated each year with the amount of long service awards we celebrate.

David Millward joined us back in 2001, and is now celebrating 25 years with Elta Group.

Throughout his time with us, Dave has been an asset to the group, managing different roles and responsibilities, leading him to the role of Product Manager – UK & Ireland.

Across the years, Dave has helped contribute to many product ideas and new product launches, combining his passion and extensive knowledge.

We are lucky to have employees like Dave, who are so passionate about their job role and our industry.

A successful week at Mostra Convegno 2026

Last week, Elta Group was proud to exhibit at Mostra Convegno in Milan, one of the world’s leading HVAC exhibitions.

It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the strength of the Group, with both Elta and Aerauliqa Srl exhibiting together.

Not only did we have Aerauliqa's range of products on display, we saw the launch of our new Elta Mixed Flow Impeller.

Beyond the products, what made the week particularly special was the collaboration between teams. Bringing colleagues together from across the Group created a great environment to share knowledge, strengthen relationships, and align on our future direction.

A big thank you to everyone who visited the stand, and to our teams who made it such a successful event.

As we approach the end of the year, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to our colleagues, customers, partners, and suppliers for their continued support and collaboration throughout 2025.

This year has seen many achievements across Elta Group. These successes reflect the dedication of our people and the trust placed in us by those we work with.

As we look ahead, 2026 marks a significant milestone: 30 years since Elta Group was incorporated.

We are pleased to announce the official launch of EG Agri

Five of our agricultural businesses – Hydor, Bowden & Knights, Animal Aids, Farmtech Services, and All Agri – have now come together under one unified brand: EG Agri.

This rebrand strengthens our presence in the agricultural sector, bringing over 170 years of combined expertise into a single, recognisable name. By aligning our teams, sites, and services, EG Agri will provide farmers with a more streamlined experience, supported by trusted knowledge and innovation.

Under the new strapline “Everything your farm needs,” EG Agri embodies simplicity, trust, and reassurance, ensuring customers have access to the essentials they need, backed by expert support.

After being acquired by Elta Group in 2024, there has always been a clear partnership between AMS and Elta Ireland.

One of our newest brands, Elta Trade UK, recently had the pleasure of visiting our Aerauliqa Srl headquarters in Italy.

The trip involved a full tour of the impressive facilities that we have at Aerauliqa, as well as plenty of discussions for future opportunities and potential new products for Elta Trade.

As an International group of companies, we believe that close collaboration is imperative to helping each other grow and succeed.
