It is with great sadness that we share the sudden passing of our colleague and friend, Paul Broome. Paul sadly passed away on 7th April.

Paul dedicated the majority of his working life to our industry, beginning his career at Metform UK in 1980 before joining Bradbury in 1999. Over the years, he made a lasting contribution across the business, from his early work in engineering design through to his role in customer service and sales, where many of our customers and colleagues came to know him well.

Paul was not only highly knowledgeable, but also calm, practical, and always willing to help. He was someone people trusted and enjoyed working with, and his presence will be deeply missed.

Beyond work, Paul was a devoted family man. Our thoughts are with his wife Sarah, his daughters Lucy and Sophie, their families, and especially his young granddaughter.

Paul leaves behind a legacy of dedication, professionalism, and kindness that will not be forgotten.

Rest In Peace, Paul.

It is with deep regret that Bradbury UK shares the news of the passing of Floyd Eugene Bradbury, aged 95. Floyd passed away on December 26th at his home in Orange Park, Florida, surrounded by his loving family.

After relocating with his family to Moundridge in 1959, Floyd established The Bradbury Company and laid the foundations for what has become The Bradbury Group; a globally recognised leader in roll forming and coil processing equipment, with more than 800 employees worldwide. Throughout his life and career, Floyd was guided by a principle that continues to resonate across the organisation today: “Do it from the heart.”

His vision, determination, and values shaped not only a company, but a legacy that has endured across generations and continents. Floyd’s impact will be felt throughout The Bradbury Group for years to come, including here at Bradbury UK, where we are proud to be part of the organisation he built.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 18th, from 1:00–3:00 p.m., at The Bradbury Company in Moundridge, Kansas. Friends and loved ones are invited to gather with the family to remember and honour Floyd’s life and the extraordinary contributions he made.

We extend our sincere condolences to Floyd’s family, friends, and colleagues around the world.
