For this job Geotech had to lift the garden decking and set aside raised structure and re-construct on completion
to allow sub-structure works.

We also had to excavate for up to 3nr helical micro pulldown installation positions and stockpile
spoil on site.

Then we installed up to 3nr SS5 8/10/12" micro pulldown piles complete with HD lifting bracket
pile caps directly to underside of the existing foundations to an assumed install
depth of 6m each complete with a 127mm diameter PVC slip sleeve and grouted.

This project needed a lot of work, however Geotech were able to fix the damage! 👍

Chance helical piles are segmented deep foundation systems with helical heating plates welded to a central shaft

This property in Beverley wanted alterations and an extension

AJ Building used a standard underpinning bracket for chance type SS5 and SS150 helical piles to carry out this project! 👷🏻‍♀️

Geotech built 24, 2 storey luxury lodges for the KP Club Pocklington using LAMFAST which is an alternative for Bullivants system to manufacture a sustainable foundation system, created by Geotech founder Kris Blake (more info on our highlights!)

The pros of us using LAMFAST is that its sustainable, fast, quiet, low carbon footprint, portable, programable and measurable to name a few!
