Hull Bid awards night

24/02/2026

We are delighted to announce that B. Cooke & Son Ltd. has been officially shortlisted for the Hull BIDBid Customer Service Excellence Award 🎉

As a small, dedicated team serving the maritime industry in Kingston upon Hull, this recognition means a great deal to us. At B. Cooke & Son Ltd., we pride ourselves on delivering traditional, dependable customer service to our customers — the ships and crews who rely on us every day. Our showroom is a treasure trove where everyone is welcomed and personal attention given may it be a repair, purchase or just an inquiry.

This shortlisting is especially meaningful because it reflects the feedback we’ve received directly from our customers. Positive comments shared on Facebook and LinkedIn, along with the results of our customer satisfaction surveys, have highlighted our team’s commitment to responsiveness, reliability, and personal service.

We believe that even in a fast-moving industry, traditional customer care still matters — knowing our customers, understanding their needs, and going the extra mile to support them.

We would like to thank our customers for their continued trust and support, and our hardworking team for consistently upholding the high standards that have earned this recognition.

Congratulations to everyone involved — and thank you for being part of our journey.
