WE'RE HIRING | Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator Foreman.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
▪️ Managing and supervising a team of fabricator engineers
▪️ Ensuring that the workshop runs efficiently and safely
▪️ Using own initiative to resolve issues
▪️ Liaising with engineers, managers & customers
▪️ Opening and closing the workshop
They are ideally looking for a candidate that already has experience of supervising staff. The applicant must be an experienced fabricator/sheetmetal worker with an ability to read engineering drawings and be able to lead by example. The applicant must also be prepared to work overtime to suit the needs of the job.
