Complete Machining Services Limited provides precision and general machining services and tooling to the wood cutting industry in the Yorkshire area and throughout the North of England. Complete Machining Services was established in 2002 by a hands-on working director. We have since developed ourselves within a large customer base and deal with bespoke parts, small or large volume precision and general engineering products, for small, large and blue-chip customers to ISO 9001 2008 standards. Our workshop boasts the latest state of the art CNC machine tool equipment enabling us to guarantee good turnaround and quality workmanship. We are often involved with "design for manufacture" to achieve "target price" enabling our customers market competativeness to increase their order book. Our extensive portfolio of clients speaks volumes of our tried and tested ability to deliver a vast array of products quickly and efficiently. Job Vacancy: Process Engineer

We're excited to announce that Complete Machining Services Ltd is seeking a new Process Engineer to join our team! As a precision machining company committed to excellence in sub-contract machining, we're looking for an individual who shares our values of innovation and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or engineering, but we're willing to provide training to the right person. As a Process Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising our operational processes, including booking in sales orders, raising quotations, purchasing through our MRP system, and more.

We're looking for someone who is proficient in IT skills and has strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be liaising with suppliers and clients to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery.

Job title - CNC Turner

Location - Sutton Fields, HULL

Position - Full time - days (39hrs per week).

Salary - upto £16.75/ hr (subject to experience and ability)

Role - The main purpose of the role is programming, setting and operating CNC lathes working from engineering drawings to complete the finished product.

Main duties -
- Ability to read drawings
- Work efficiently independently under own supervision
- Able to programme, set & operate CNC machines
- Work to tight tolerances producing small to medium size batch work, as well as one offs where required.
- Cad/ cam experience a distinct advantage but not essential.

The Company - Is ISO9001:2015 certified and produces high quality components to the oil & gas, valve, hydraulics, food industry, laser & tooling industry.
