A closer look at a hydraulic manifold we’ve recently manufactured. ⚙️

Not the simplest of parts - there’s a lot going on inside this one, and everything has to line up exactly as it should for it to do its job properly in motorsport applications.

It’s a good example of the kind of work where attention to detail really matters, from machining through to final inspection.

This is a hands-on role working with modern CNC equipment, producing high-spec components where accuracy and attention to detail really matter.

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Working from detailed engineering drawings
• Carrying out first-off inspections to ensure quality is right from the start.

Electric transport is moving fast at the moment - and we’re right in the middle of it. ⚡

We support a wide range of electric vehicle projects, from vans and robotic platforms through to next-gen concepts like air taxis, with everything from battery structures to gearboxes and hydrogen systems.

A lot of this builds on our experience in Formula E and hybrid powertrains, which gave us a strong understanding of the materials, tolerances and performance demands in these environments.

Not only does this Maschinenfabrik Berthold HERMLE AG C 650 allow us to machine highly complex components with exceptional accuracy, but it does it all in a single setup.

Fewer setups means fewer opportunities for error, better consistency across batches and a smoother, more efficient process from start to finish.

We’re looking for a CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join our team, working on a wide range of complex, high-precision components using the latest CNC machine tools. 📣

Fewer setups, better results. 💪

With our multi-axis turning capability, including machines like the DMG MORI NLX 2500 and 2000, we can machine complex parts in a single setup, helping us keep everything consistent and accurate from the start.

Pair that with offline CAD/CAM programming and automated loading/unloading, and it means we can keep production moving smoothly, whether it’s a one-off or a full batch.

Starting the day off in our temperature controlled EDM facility! 👍

This is where some of our most complex work comes to life, machining features and geometries that you just can’t achieve through traditional methods.

With years of hands-on experience, we’re trusted to work with tough, exotic materials like titanium and Inconel, while still achieving the precise surface finishes these components demand.

With five coordinate measuring machines in our workshop, alongside a laser scanner for detailed 3D analysis, surface roughness testing, high-powered microscopes, profile & surface measuring equipment and much more - 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 goes unnoticed.
