Cranes out again today. Installing two staircases to gain access to shooting towers on a military training ground in the middle of nowhere

Had the crane out installing some trimmers this week.
We will fit cat ladders and platforms once the building is cladded. 430kg no problem.
Safety netting prevented us lifting from the outside on the last 4 due to safety netting being in place, so completed it with the hook on the jib inside the building.
This will be used a lot to help speed up our installs and make the job safer.
Very handy piece of equipment that is available to hire for any lifting requirements along with our tracked carrier. Get in touch if it can be of any use 👍

Draughtsman -

We are seeking a skilled draughtsman to join our team!

Duties to include:

- Develop detailed drawings using autocad or similiar software (open to discussion)
- Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all drafts and design changes throughout project.
- Experience in architectural metal work and structural steel work is necessary.

We are offering the opportunity to enter the industry and start your career in welding/fabrication.

You will be working under skilled welders/fabricators, learning the fabrication of structural steel work and architectural metalwork including working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Due to rapid growth and expansion we are seeking a hardworking, ambitious individual to join our team!

Duties to include:

- Reading architectural and fabrication drawings.
- Ability to TIG/MIG and MMA Weld
- Responsible for checking quality of products.
-Adhere to company health and safety procedures
- Excellent work ethic, be punctual and reliable

All positions require a full uk driving license,
CSCS card would be advantageous!
Work is split between workshop and site.

Rates of pay negotiable depending on experience!
