🔨 Gate Post Installation Complete 🔨
Another job wrapped up for a customer who already had their existing steel gates and needed someone to supply, install, and weld new gate posts ready for the gates to be hung.
The posts have now been fitted, aligned, and welded into position, providing a solid framework for the existing gates. The customer will be adding concrete around the drop bolt locations and painting the new posts to complete the finish.
We'll also be returning in the near future to hang an additional pedestrian access gate, completing the project.

Evening callout tonight to remove some extremely stubborn bolts that had snapped located underneath a Massey axle. 🚜⚡️

🚜 Custom Adaptor A-Frame Fabrication 🚜
This adaptor A-frame was custom built to solve a fitting issue between a rotavator designed for a compact tractor and a larger Dexter tractor.
When the rotavator was mounted directly onto the Dexter, the rear tyres were rubbing against the implement, causing clearance problems and limiting safe operation.
To overcome this, we fabricated this adaptor frame to reposition the implement correctly, providing the necessary tyre clearance while maintaining strength and stability in the linkage setup.
Another practical solution built to keep machinery working efficiently and safely in the field. 💪🔧

🚜Trailer Transformation Throwback ⚡️
A while back, this trailer was in pretty rough shape — the deck was completely rotten and well past its best days. It needed more than just a patch-up; it needed a full transformation.
We stripped it right back, removed all the rotten material, repaired and strengthened the structure where needed, new crossmembers and side rails etc and fitted a brand-new steel deck built to last. Every step was about turning something tired and unreliable into something strong, safe, and ready for work again.
Now, it’s back doing exactly what it was meant to do — hauling with confidence and standing up to the demands of daily use.
It’s always satisfying to look back at projects like this. If you’ve got equipment that’s seen better days, don’t write it off too quickly — sometimes a solid rebuild can give it a whole new life.

This drawbar for a bale sledge had a rough day — it was run over and bent out of shape by a machine. Cut out the damaged section and replaced it with new straight steel, bringing it back to full strength and ready for work again. Strong, straight, and back in action!🚜⚡️

Great to see the finished result with this wall-mounted planter now fitted and already being put to good use 🌿
Our customer has done a fantastic job planting it up, and it really shows how a simple addition can brighten up an outdoor space. Always satisfying to see our products in place and in use!

Spent my Saturday morning putting in the work behind the scenes to make the workshop even better 🔧
Today’s upgrade was adding a new mobile workbench, giving me more flexibility, better organisation, and a more efficient workspace. It might not be the most glamorous part of the job, but these improvements make a huge difference to the quality and turnaround of the work I deliver.
Always investing time into improving the workspace so I can continue providing the best results for my customers⚡️

Making the most of the bank holiday with some sheet metal work in the shop 🔧
This Massey fender is now repaired, reshaped, and prepped — all ready for paint. Always satisfying bringing these old panels back to life and getting them one step closer to looking as good as new.
