Georgia Richardson and Maybel Brooks completed the podium - a fantastic achievement from all three. 💪

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Event Caddie team as a full-time Customer Service Advisor within the fast-moving golf promotional merchandise and event branding sector.

This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams in a busy ecommerce environment. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, customer interaction and working as part of a growing business.

The successful candidate will be involved in supporting customers throughout the full order journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery, while helping maintain the high level of service Event Caddie is known for.

The role will include:

•⁠ ⁠Handling customer enquiries via email and telephone
•⁠ ⁠Providing accurate product and order information
•⁠ ⁠Preparing and following up quotations
•⁠ ⁠Managing customer expectations throughout the order process
•⁠ ⁠Liaising with suppliers and production teams
•⁠ ⁠Resolving customer issues and offering solutions
•⁠ ⁠Supporting UK and international customers
•⁠ ⁠Working within internal systems and procedures

We are looking for someone with:

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills
•⁠ ⁠A positive and flexible attitude
•⁠ ⁠Good organisation and attention to detail
•⁠ ⁠Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
•⁠ ⁠Previous customer service experience preferred
