Meet Holly & Lynette, our Customer Care Team based at our Head Office in Kettering ✨🤩

Mobility Your Way would like to introduce you to our Customer Care Team based at our Head Office in Kettering. Holly and Lynette help our customers on the telephone with queries on all our products, often guiding them through different product categories and finding the right product for them, including booking a home demonstration.
Lynette and Holly will also be in touch with our customers to arrange your annual service on your mobility product.
Lynette has experience in the health sector having worked in a large medical practice and prior to joining Mobility Your Way worked in a luxury care home.
After work Lynette enjoys walking her two West Highland terriers and spending time with her two grown up children.
Holly has lots of experience in Customer Care having previously worked at O2 and a large media company.
After work Holly enjoys time at her gym and especially enjoys Aqua Aerobics. Holly also loves to spend time with her cat Casper and on a longer break loves to go camping.
