Behind the Scenes: Getting Deep into a Classeq G400 DUO WS 🔧Ever wonder why some commercial kitchen repairs take a bit more time and precision? Today, we are working on a Classeq G400 DUO WS glasswasher that came in with a faulty rinse booster pump.As you can see from the photo, these compact, double-skinned machines are brilliantly engineered to fit tight bar spaces—but that also means everything inside is tightly packed! To safely gain access to the pump and replace it, our engineer had to carefully strip back and remove a significant number of internal components, including the water tank assembly and complex wiring looms. It is an intricate job, but taking the time to strip it down properly ensures everything goes back together perfectly with zero leaks and a fully restored rinse cycle pressure.🍽️ Need your commercial dishwashers or glasswashers serviced? Don't let a slow or faulty machine bottleneck your service. Give our professional warewash service team a call today to get your kitchen running at full speed!📞 Call us at 01536 416390 to book an engineer or chat about your kitchen needs.
