Job photos only show a fraction of what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to even a standard lift. This project at Boughton House & Estate was not only a multi-phase project (with us returning to complete it earlier this year), but it was a collaborative process between the estate, County Lifting Services Ltd and Apex Scaffolding Ltd

Multiple site visits by our Appointed Person, hours of planning, writing Method Statements and RAMs, additional assessment for ground capability, route suitability, choosing the right machinery and team members for the works, and arranging a full de-ballast and transport to site - all came before the actual job even commenced.

🎵 On the night shift 🎶

Our team carried out works from dusk at a site in nearby Corby. County Lifting were commissioned to plan, manage and complete the project, which required our new LTM 1090-4.2 mobile crane Sammy Lou III, and transport by a truck and trailer combination from our dedicated transport fleet.

Consisting of the movement of an industrial fryer and a spiral freezer, the job involved plenty of coordination. The fryer was removed from its location and transported to another close by. The freezer was also removed, but is currently being stored at County Lifting - utilising our outdoor storage service.
