Last week, County Lifting carried out some local work in Corby – in fact, we completed two jobs at the same time! 💪

JOB 1️⃣: The unloading and lifting of two 13.58m long silos! The work was carried out using our LTM 1040-2.1 mobile crane, and ‘Thor’ our Volvo Lorry Loader (with rear mounted EFFER 525 5S crane). The silos weighed in at 2,650 KG, and 2,500 KG independently, and were lifted and moved into place, using a top and tail method (as shown in the pictures!).

JOB 2️⃣: Inside the facility, our secondary team utilised our MC100.08 electric pick and carry crane, in tandem with a 3T forklift, to position a 1,700 KG dousing station.

It’s always great to carry out projects close to home, and to work with other Northants based businesses! Big thanks to our fantastic team, who knocked it out of the park 🙌
