We’re Hiring: Skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator (£15–£17 per hour + overtime) – Full Time, Immediate Start
📍 Desborough, Kettering

We’re looking for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our growing workshop team for an immediate start. This is a full-time, permanent role working on high-quality, precision projects across the aerospace and motorsport sectors.

The role:
You will be fabricating and TIG welding aluminium and stainless steel to a high standard. Our work includes, but is not limited to:

- Framework
- Pipework
- Exhaust systems
- Radiators
- Bespoke motorsport and aerospace components

Most work is workshop-based, with site work when required.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience TIG welding aluminium and stainless steel
- Strong fabrication skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently where required
- Motivated, reliable and well presented
- Press brake experience desirable but not essential

What we offer:

- £15–£17 per hour depending on experience
- Overtime available
- Daily working away allowance for site work
- Site travel costs covered
- Quarterly bonus based on company profits
- Full-time, secure employment

We’re pleased to announce that we have introduced SOLIDWORKS design capability in-house.
This allows us to support projects from the initial concept stage through to manufacture, improving coordination, reducing lead times, and ensuring a more efficient overall process.

One from a while ago! Last year we had the pleasure of working on stunning Porsche. Running some serious power we worked with Rich to his spec and creating a 3.5” system in such a tight space took some work but the results speak for themselves!
