Unlike vision care, hearing care is more of a process. It takes time.

Adjusting to hearing devices can take several months, with fine-tuning of devices to get the perfect sound for your needs.

Many hearing care providers don't factor in this time. Yes, they offer hearing aids at slightly lower prices, and they say they offer lifetime support, BUT in reality, getting appointments is difficult and seeing the same audiologist is challenging.

You visit, we check your ears, and we then take some shapes of your ears by carefully inserting some soft 'play dough' like material in your ears. Once set, we remove and send to be processed.

Tinnitus.

When I started in audiology over 30 years ago, there were few treatment options available for people with tinnitus.
