What You'll Do
Demonstrate, deliver, and install our full range of machinery, ensuring customers receive expert guidance.
Manage and maintain the company website, keeping content accurate and up-to-date.
Support marketing activities by creating and preparing social media content, photography, promotional materials, and advertisements.
Build strong relationships with customers and respond to enquiries professionally
Support the team with some delivery and yard work
Set up and take active part at shows and events.
Help improve processes to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For
✔ Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or a similar role
✔ Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
✔ Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
✔ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
