Mistakes happen – it’s how we respond to them that truly matters.
During one of our long-standing customer’s silent seasons, a pipe bridge was accidentally damaged. Instead of making excuses, we owned the mistake immediately, rolled up our sleeves, and worked quickly to get a plan in place to get it fully repaired and back to normal.
We’re proud that our installers were complimented on their attitude, PPE, and for completing the job in a timely manner.
More importantly, we’ve used this as an opportunity to learn. We’ve reviewed our processes and made improvements to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’re committed to getting better every single day so we can continue delivering the high standard of service our customers deserve.
