Brendan has got plenty going on in hydro this week.

The hydro test is a key milestone in the manufacturing process and ensures that all components meet our stringent quality standards. It’s all about safety and reliability for our customers.

Once the test is complete, vessels are certified and issued a stamped name plate by our notified body.

Great work from the team for keeping standards high and projects moving.

We are thrilled to share another distillery customer showcase, courtesy of Benbecula Distillery, located on the stunning Hebridean island of Benbecula.

Service Engineers Gordon and Kieran recently attended site to carry out the annual service and NDT on their M-Series boiler and received a very warm welcome, along with a tour around the distillery.

It’s always great to see our boilers working hard in such impressive settings, supporting the craft, care and consistency that goes into every stage of production.

Work in progress.

This pair of 250 kW Fellsman hot water boilers have been moving through production together, ready for shipping to their final destination in Washington (the one near Newcastle).

The Fellsman boiler is suitable for a wide range of liquid or gaseous fuels including natural gas, LPG, LNG, biogas and heating oils.

Lagging is almost complete on this Yorkshireman steam boiler.

Next stage is the application of the aluzinc cladding, then it’s off to the fitting department for all the bells and whistles.

Great progress from the team as this build moves through the factory, another step closer to becoming a fully finished, ready-to-work steam solution.

A big thank you to Pete from our fitting team for capturing this great shot of a 6,000kg/hr Yorkshireman steam boiler alongside the Byworth tree.

This boiler is now on-site with a customer specialising in sterilisation and decontamination services for the healthcare sector, where reliable steam generation plays a vital role in supporting essential processes.

One of our Technical Trainers recently visited a new customer at this stunning site in Scotland, and the photos were too good not to share.

This exciting distillery project is taking shape nicely, with the recent delivery of its Byworth Peaksman boiler marking a key milestone.

Compact, efficient, and designed for reliable steam generation, the Peaksman is an ideal solution for sites where space is at a premium, but performance can’t be compromised.

Ahead of installation, the team also took part in one of our boiler competency courses at the Byworth training facility, ensuring they’re fully prepared to get the most from their new equipment.

We’re looking forward to supporting the team as the project progresses and to seeing this fantastic site come to life. A big thank you to everyone on site for the warm welcome and for showing Dave around.

Big boilers call for big burners. These two GP Unigas Dual-fuel burners were ordered for two 16,500 kg/hr Steam boilers, which were recently shipped to Saudi Arabia.
