September and the start of a new academic year means it’s time to welcome another group of apprentices to the Byworth Team!

We’re delighted to introduce our newest apprentices: William, Sonny, James, Daniel, Mason, Joshua, Harris and Henry.

At Byworth, we’re passionate about developing the next generation of engineering and business talent, helping our apprentices learn from experienced colleagues, gain hands-on industry experience, and build valuable skills along the way.

We’re looking forward to supporting them throughout their apprenticeship journey and watching them grow, develop and take the first steps towards their future careers.

Well done, Craig.

A big congratulations to our technical trainer, Craig Buxton, who has now been signed off as an accredited BOAS Trainer.

This is a fantastic achievement that has been over two years in the making. Craig has worked incredibly hard throughout the process, and it has been great to see his confidence, knowledge and expertise continue to grow.

Craig has already proved to be a very popular trainer on our Fundamentals courses, so this achievement is great news for our customers too. Having another accredited trainer means we can offer more course availability, helping more operators access the training they need.

It’s a fantastic personal achievement for Craig and another positive step forward for our growing training team.

Congratulations Barney!

Barney has completed his Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship, passing with flying colours. We asked Barney's line manager, Chris, for a few words.

One of the great things about having such a solid business history is finding amazing photos from “back in the day”.

These throwbacks are a brilliant reminder of how far Byworth has come, the people who helped shape the business, and the engineering heritage we’re proud to carry forward today.

The equipment, the factory, the hairstyles… some things have definitely changed. But the focus on quality, teamwork and getting the job done properly has stayed the same.

This shot is of Director Peter Baldwin, Sales Director Barry Smith and Ronnie Hillerby, who used to do a great deal of install work for the company.

A proper piece of Byworth history, and a great reminder that every project, every install and every customer relationship has helped build the business we know today.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Combustion Engineer to join our growing Service Team covering Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

This is a highly varied role requiring the ability to deal with change and adapt to new processes.

The ideal candidate will be from an industrial steam and hot water boiler background, with a good knowledge of combustion and industrial multi-fuel burners, however, additional training will be provided for the right applicant.
