We’re recruiting 12D team members for our Ipswich and Tilbury depots.

- Ipswich depot – East Anglia
- Tilbury depot – Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London

Our 12D hourly rates range from £12.75 - £18.90 and we offer a 50hr minimum contract.

We’re also offering a £250 reward once you complete your probation, along with plenty of overtime being available and ad-hoc perks.

A driving licence is essential, along with a can-do and team centred attitude.

We’re an established TM company that is continually growing, and we’re looking for new team members to join the HSM family!

Are you a 12A/B Operative looking for a change this year, could HSM be the new company for you?

We have a busy high-speed division working for multiple Tier 1 contractors, and we’re looking for new team members.

We’re offering a £250 reward once you complete your probation, along with plenty of shifts being available and ad-hoc perks.

A driving licence is essential, along with a can-do and team centred attitude. Holding LANTRA Gate Person Airlock, SEQOHS Accredited Safety Critical Medical and National Highways Passport would be advantageous.

- Ipswich depot – East Anglia

- King’s Lynn depot - Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Bedfordshire

Our 12D hourly rates range from £12.75 - £18.90 and we offer a 50hr minimum contract.

Our 12A/B shift rates range from £155 for TTMBC/trainee - £240 for an IPV-Forman (tasty! 😎)

We’re offering a £250 reward once you complete your probation, along with plenty of overtime being available and ad-hoc perks.

A driving licence is essential, along with a can-do and team centred attitude. For 12A/B operatives, it would be advantageous to hold LANTRA Gate Person Airlock and SEQOHS Accredited Safety Critical Medical.

It is with great sadness that we share with you, that after a battle with cancer, yesterday we lost an amazing, nephew, friend and colleague, Robert Carter.

Robert joined HSM as an apprentice back in 2017 and over the eight years, we saw a shy lad, fresh out of school, turn into a highly knowledgeable, confident, and much-loved colleague and friend to many.

Robert is going to be missed greatly and will never be forgotten.

Our bright light is now dimmed as we take time to mourn for our dear Robert.

Well done to Russell, who is now a fully fledged member of the HSM team with him successfully passing his probation period.

Russell’s not only smiling here because he loves HSM 😉, but he’d also just received the news that he’s been awarded £750 as part of our ‘golden hello’ initiative running when Russell joined us. Winning!
