🚛 What a fabulous weekend at the Laigh O’ Moray Steam & Vintage Show! 🚜
We had a brilliant time at this year’s show, taking along a selection of our Kinnon's Recovery vehicles — from the Unimog to some of our larger recovery trucks.
It was fantastic to be part of such a great event, catching up with familiar faces, meeting lots of new ones and enjoying everything the show had to offer.
We were also absolutely delighted to be involved in raising money for The Archie Foundation, a charity that does such important work supporting children and their families across the North of Scotland. 💛
A huge thank you to everyone who came along, stopped for a chat, had a look around the vehicles and supported the fundraising. Your support was very much appreciated.
Lots of laughs, lots of vehicles and lots of fun had by all — a cracking weekend! ❤️🚛
Thank you to everyone at the Laigh O’ Moray Steam & Vintage Show for having us — we’ll see you again next year!

Why Community Matters to Kinnon's

We're fortunate to have built an established local business, and we believe that brings a responsibility to support the community that supports us.

Sometimes that's sponsorship. Sometimes it's providing time, expertise, equipment or an opportunity for a young person.

We don't need to make a big noise about it. We'd rather concentrate on being useful.

Good garage service isn't just about fixing the problem. It's about making sure you understand it too.

At Kinnon's, we'll explain what we've found in straightforward language, what we recommend doing and why.

No unnecessary technical talk. Just clear communication from a team that wants you to feel confident about the work being carried out on your vehicle.

Vehicles can end up stuck on farmland, tracks, verges, muddy ground and plenty of other difficult locations.

Off-road recovery is a specialist part of what we do, combining experienced operators with the right equipment to approach challenging recoveries safely.

Sometimes it's not a dramatic breakdown. Your car simply isn't going anywhere.

Flat tyre? Battery gone? Handbrake stuck? Vehicle refusing to come out of park?

These are exactly the kinds of calls our recovery team deals with every day. Whatever has stopped your journey, we're there to help get things moving again.

Cars have a habit of developing problems in all shapes and sizes.

Sometimes it's something simple. Other times, it's an engine fault, clutch problem or repair that requires considerably more investigation.

Either way, our team will get to the bottom of it and give the job the attention it deserves.

When we talk about Kinnon's, we're really talking about the people behind the name.

The person answering your call. The technician diagnosing the fault. The mechanic completing the repair.

Every part matters, and we're fortunate to have a team that cares about maintaining the standards our customers expect.
