A match made in heaven. After upgrading this reissue Epiphone century with a fender tweed blues junior speaker and some Mullard valves it still never did it for me, so it sat in the corner looking pretty. Gearing up for a session tomorrow and thought I’d try a Hofner Club bass through it.
Mind blown.

Lovely Pioneer sa-9800 in for a refurb... Including all new capacitors.. Better speaker terminals.. Replacement switch assembly.. Power cable and alot of nasty joints addressed.. Beast of an amplifier.
