Overview:
Coastal Engineering Services is looking for a qualified fabricator to join our team. Applicant must have a good working knowledge of TIG and MIG welding. Fabrication and design skill would be beneficial, on job training will be given to the right applicant.
Duties:
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures using hand tools and power tools
- Perform welding tasks using MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition
Requirements:
- Ability to weld, fabricate, and assemble metal components accurately
- Competency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for understanding assembly processes
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
