With over 30 years of experience in the engraving industry, your engraving machines are in skilled and safe hands. After my 30 year tenure at Mastergrave Ltd came to an end in 2020, due to the closure of the Company during the Covid-19 global pandemic, I decided that it was high time to put my 30 years worth of in-depth knowledge and industry experience to good use and to finally "Go Solo"! Here a
t "MatterGrave" we service and repair most of the industry known computerised and manual engraving machines such as Mastergrave, UMarq, Gravograph, Roland and Suregrave machines. (Many moons ago, I even designed the machines that are more recently known in the market as U-Marq's "Universal, Compact and Gem machines")
We work closely with other respected industry peers, as we understand that sometimes "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts" and our company culture is to do the right thing by the customer...always. We will never try to sell you equipment or components that you don't need and if we can fix it instead of replacing it...we will. Servicing and repairs are carried out either on-site at your premises, or in the MatterGrave workshop. We will always do our best to estimate the necessary work required via an initial telephone consultation, however, the full extent of what is required is sometimes only achieved by getting "hands-on/underneath the bonnet". If replacement parts ARE needed, we will inform you first before carrying out the work. My partner Sarah works alongside me, with all things admin and operations (Or "Upper Management" as she often reminds me!) We both enjoy a sense of humour and building honest, enjoyable and lasting relationships with our Customers (she also happens to make the best sausage rolls known to Human-Kind!)
So, we look forward to hearing from you when you are ready and will be delighted if you choose us to help you keep your machines in great working order. Best wishes
Matt Blackman
(PS, Prevention is better than cure....so don't wait until your machines go down. An annual service can save you a whole load of trouble later down the road)
