We wish to appoint a Group Business Development Manager. It's an exciting, challenging role working from our base in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
Companies in the Westin Engineering group have decades of experience in specifying and distributing electro-mechanical and electronic products. They are established within the industrial, offshore and maritime markets and have customers dating back 30+ years.
We seek an experienced, results-driven individual. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be the key driver in developing business. Our ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset and the ability to translate strategic objectives into sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and provide insights to the board.
Identify new market opportunities and carryout business development initiatives.
Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience
Minimum five years of proven sales experience.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
