ITP Aero UK’s Summer Coding Camp is back for 2026, and applications are now open! ✈️

💻 Now in its fourth year, the 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 week-long camp offers children aged 8–11 the chance to explore the world of technology through coding, games and hands-on activities.

💫Children will also get a behind the scenes look at our Hucknall facility and see how we power the magic of flight!

✨Delivered in partnership with Code.org, the programme is designed to build confidence, spark curiosity and inspire interest in STEM subjects.

ITP Aero has shared its 2025 financial results this week, reporting another strong year globally, with revenues reaching €1.88bn and continued investment in people, technology and industrial capability.

In the UK, our people play an important role in supporting programmes across commercial aviation and defence. Last year we reached an important milestone with the delivery of the first combustor for Pratt & Whitney PW1500G and PW1900G engines.

We are proud to see the global progress of ITP Aero and the role our UK teams play in that story.

Our Hucknall team has delivered its first combustor for Pratt & Whitney’s GTF™ engines, a major step for Nottinghamshire’s aerospace community.

These combustors will go into the GTF engines that power the Airbus A220 and Embraer E2, supporting quieter, more fuel‑efficient flight. It’s the result of significant investment and development at our Hucknall site, showcasing local engineering expertise and our area’s long-standing aerospace heritage.

This latest milestone underscores our commitment to play an important role in the future of flight.

What a night! 🎉

This week colleagues from across ITP Aero UK came together for a fantastic celebration of achievement, innovation and progress.

We marked impressive long‑service milestones of 25 and 40 years, presented certificates to our Recognise award winners, and spotlighted the UK Magic of Flight winners and finalists. The celebrations culminated in revealing this year’s ITP Aero UK Award winners.

With over 100 nominations it was tough to narrow it down to our eventual winners and everyone should feel incredibly proud of being recognised. Congratulations to all our winners and runners‑up for their outstanding contributions and commitment throughout the year
