HCS were appointed as Architect and Agent for the Stage 3 planning phase and Stage 4 Detailed Design phase for the expansion of Broadbridge Heath Football Club Stadium.

The proposed plans included the provision of 50 under cover spectator seating, 50 under cover spectator standing spaces, male/female officials changing facilities, extra spectator toilets and adjustments to dugout positions to accommodate the new stands.

The design development process also included the production of an alternative design option with stands in different locations.

The project is currently going through planning with Detailed Design and Construction due to commense early 2024.

HCS were appointed to act as Architect and Agent for the expansion of Storrington Cricket Club pavilion.

The project involved a total of 5 different design options being developed, liaison with key stakeholders includign the Parish Council, Cricket Club Committee Members and the nearby Leisure Centre. The project is going through planning currently, with detailed design planned for early 2024.

The expansion includes provisions for disability access and changing facilities, additional 2no. changing rooms, extra spectator toilets as well as solar panels. Allowance for access by the leisure centre was also a key requirement for access and maintenance of a plant room.

HCS were appointed to complete a Building Control Pack for an industrial unit at Carlton Road Business Park in Ashford on behalf of Ashford Borough Council.

The plans included a complete reconfiguration of the ground and first floor levels, staircase and mezzanine first floor. The unit is due to begin construction in early 2024.
