Our Story
Village Engineering are steel fabrication specialists in the Crawley/ Horley area.From one-off steel fabricating to precision machining & sheet metal work, you can count on our engineers to produce outstanding results. Founded in 1988 by the present owner,we are now in our 30th year of trading,much metal has flowed through the door in that time.Our speciality is design ,as well as manufacture,as we undertake fabricating in both steel and stainless steel,also precision machining in all materials and a small amount of sheet metal work ,backed up by our own paint shop and subcontract services such as powder coating and galvanising, We offer a one stop facility to be able to convert an idea or drawing into a finished product all in house. As well as manual machine tools we have CNC turning and 2 axis milling, Mig and Tig welders in the welding shops ,back up by 2 hydraulic height adjustable welding tables, and an overhead crane and Florance the forklift truck.We pride ourselfs on having a very well equipped workshop and a very clean and tidy workplace. Most important of all is People, we are engineering enthusiast,who just love making and repairing things,this rubs off on our work. So what ever your project ,from 1 small piece of steel to a small batch run of machining ,to a big fabrication or run of fabricated part,talk to us.
