Meet Phil, our Project Manager.

With more than 30 years of engineering and project management experience, Phil plays a key role in ensuring every Control Freaks project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

Holding both an Engineering Degree and an MBA, Phil has led major engineering and capital investment projects throughout his career, working with leading manufacturers including Bakkavor, Samworth Brothers, Dairy Crest and PepsiCo before joining the Control Freaks team in 2025.

Today, Phil works closely with our customers from concept through to completion, overseeing project planning, programme management, cost control and communication to ensure every project runs as smoothly as possible.
