Our customers on this project were new to the area and had recently purchased a lovely home 🏡 that required a few cosmetic improvements.

We were initially asked to carry out several alterations, including converting a rear window into a bi-fold door and bricking up the existing garage door to create a new utility room. Alongside this, we re-boarded and plastered two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the hallway.

Following this phase, the customers asked us to install a stunning porcelain patio in the garden 🌿. During this stage, it became clear that the rainwater was not being properly dispersed into the existing drainage system and was instead running directly onto the ground. We advised installing a soakaway, and it made perfect sense to complete this work alongside the patio installation to ensure everything was carried out correctly and efficiently.

The customers were an absolute pleasure to work with and kept us very well fed and watered throughout the project ☕👏

Earlier this year we completed a beautiful side extension in Cirencester, adding a practical utility room, a convenient toilet and a bright new study 🤩

The project included tiling throughout and seamless integration with the existing kitchen, creating a clean spacious flow, and a lovely space the customers were really pleased with!

Another great project completed! ✔️

What started as a small roof repair quickly revealed that the whole roof needed redoing, and from there the project grew into a full loft conversion. 🛠️✨ It made perfect sense to make the most of the space, transforming it into a bright and spacious new master bedroom. A great example of turning a big job into a big improvement! 🤩

🏡 A lovely project from earlier this year in Meysey Hampton.

We built a rear single-storey extension for a new kitchen and dining room, plus a garage conversion for our customer’s elderly mother with a wet room. Also added a utility room and downstairs toilet.

Finished to plaster stage for the customers to decorate — they were great to work with and we can’t wait to see their finished landscaping photos! 🌿
