J. & F. Tools (Precision Engineers) Ltd. J. & F. We design and engineer Spray Lining Equipment to line pipes up to three metres in diameter with either cement, epoxy resin or polyurethane.

Tools Pipelining have been supplying specialised lining equipment since 1964 to a growing list of clients in The United Kingdom, Europe, America, Australia, Russia and the Far East. Our range of standard air lining machines can be supplied from stock to line pipes in the diameter range 75mm to 900mm. Larger specifications can be custom built. Tools also manufacture a range of ancillary equipment -

including scrapers, plungers, crawlers, intertia trolleys and skid frames etc. - to facilitate both in-situ lining or the lining of new pipes in factories or stock yards.
