Job opportunities from A. V. Taylor Hexham

Role 1 :- van driver/shop assistant

Must be 21+ and have a clean driving licence.

Duties to include delivery of parts to garages and the serving of customers in the shop when required, computer skills will be a big help but this can be taught, also a knowledge of vehicles will be a big help. You will also be required to check stock orders and put stock away when needed too.
Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
and 8:30am to 4:00pm every other Saturday.

Role 2 :- general stock duties

This role is better suited to a younger person looking to work their way up.
Duties will be to check incoming stock orders off and put them away, picking orders for delivery and the general duty of keeping the place neat, tidy and in order. We can over time when confidence grows show you how to work in the shop environment using computers to look up parts and deal with customers face to face. Attention to detail is a must to keep the work environment safe and stock to be put away correctly.
