Tekla Structures Draughtsperson

HTS Design Services are an independent structural drawing office based in Hessle, East Yorkshire. We are recruiting a Tekla steelwork Draughtsman. We undertake various steel projects from small access platforms and secondary architectural projects to large scale projects in all sectors. The company was originally founded in 1973 with large experience in varying disciplines.

Responsibilities
See projects through from brief to fabrication package
Prepare fabrication models, G.A.s , fabrication details, NC data, er****on G.A.s & lists
Prepare CAD G.A.s
Conduct site visits and surveys when required

Qualifications
3+ years in Tekla Structures (using versions 2020 onwards)
AutoCAD
MS Office
Tekla Tedds , preferable but not essential
Ability to work as an individual or part of a team
Ability to work from engineer’s drawings and calculations or a simple client’s brief

Our trained permanent workforce covers a variety of disciplines enabling HTS to meet the high standards demanded by today's construction and engineering industries in the British, European and American markets. Our level of involvement varies to suit the clients’ particular needs and can include initial site surveys, scheme concept, planning applications, steel frame design analysis for building control, general arrangement drawings, tender documents and full detail fabrication drawings.
