• Biomass Modification Process: The timber undergoes thermo-chemical or bio-modification that alters the cell structure of the wood. This drastically reduces water absorption, making it virtually impervious to warping, swelling, and cracking.
• High Durability: Rated for EN 335 Use Class 4 and 5, it is naturally resistant to decay, mold, fungal growth, and termite damage without requiring toxic treatments.
• Fire & Structural Performance: Reaches high bending strength ratings (up to 170+ MPa) and offers elevated fire resistance (Euroclass B-s1, d0) compared to typical wood products.
• Sustainability: Uses renewable timber from sustainably managed plantations, giving it a low carbon footprint and making it a popular alternative to tropical hardwoods or plastic-wood composites (WPC).

Normally used for:
• Exterior Architecture: Outdoor decking, rainscreen cladding, panels, and pergolas.
• Windows & Doors: Ultra-low energy frames designed for thermal efficiency and tight dimensional tolerances.
