Established in 1976 Owen Pell are key players in the local construction industry, justifiably proud of our reputation for quality, consistency and reliability which has placed us among the leading specialist Building and Civil Engineering Contractors and Sub Contractors in the Herefordshire and surrounding counties. We are able to offer a wide range of Building Construction and Civil Engineering s

ervices and have extensive experience of very diverse building construction and civil engineering projects. In 2016 Owen Pell are pleased to celebrate 40 years of providing services as builders and civil engineers. We have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of businesses, organisations, individuals, contractor, architects and councils across Herefordshire, Worcestershire. We would like to thank all those people who have worked with us whether as a client, supplier or as a colleague.

Lower Lodge - Kentchurch Estate, Herefordshire

A complete refurbishment of a listed historic gate house for holiday let accommodation. Structural, roof and masonry repairs were complemented by a complete new mechanical and electrical services scheme design which met all new energy consumption requirements.

Decorative stonework, bespoke furniture and bathroom designs were replicated from the main Court to which the Gate House originally served. All original features were maintained and sympathetically refurbished to create the vision of the architect and client.

Masters House - Ledbury

Owen Pell were appointed by Herefordshire Council to carry out the following works; Phase 1 external landscaping works. Excavation of existing tarmac and block paving surface. Extension of low level retaining wall Installation of conservation kerbs and Brackendale sandstone paving. Surface water drainage installation. Procurement and placing of ‘map artwork’ paving and character stones on raised plinth. Supply and installation of handrails to the ramp and paved area/retaining wall.

We completed this project whilst the existing car park remained in use and access maintained for residents and businesses.

Hereford cycle track is complete! 🚴‍♀️🚴🚴‍♂️

Grab your bikes and go test it out. This has been a fantastic local project for us.
