More exhaust work this week with a custom piece of exhaust pipe for a fiat camper van.

With the old exhaust being corroded and unfit for use I fabricated this new 2.5” stainless steel exhaust following the shape of the original exhaust. With the original rolled exhaust tip being stainless steel I was able to polish it and re use on the new piece.

A local butcher recently tasked me with designing & fabricating a stainless steel racking for his dry ager.

Not only did this racking have to make as much use of space as possible, but also had to be fabricated from 316L stainless steel for a food safe application.

One of the more tedious jobs I have done to date with lots of time spent cleaning around welds for a hygienic food safe finish.

Another happy customer, much more to come.

Off to a great start in the new year with some decent fabrication jobs for local customers.

Here we have aluminium chequer plate flooring installed in a local butchers as a non slip flooring solution to help keep employees safe at work.

A small aluminium stand used for calf feeders.
These stands are usually made from galvanised steel so to keep the weight down and make the feeder easier to manoeuvre I was tasked with fabricating one out of aluminium.
Even with an extra leg for strength, being made out of aluminium saved considerable weight for this stand.

Recently completed job for a customer with a DAF lorry that was in need of some TLC on the cab due to corrosion.
With all the corrosion cut out, new pieces cut to shape and welded and then ground back to keep it looking as original as possible this lorry will be good for a number of years to come.

Bespoke made 3” stainless steel catback exhaust for a customer with a fiesta ST180.

The customer required a new better flowing system that wasn’t too loud so a Simons back box was added as well as a resonator. This system was fitted with Stainless steel v bands for ease of fitting and a very good seal.
