Have you received you FETF 2025 Conformation Email?

We have a batch of our TS300 HARDOX Tree shears in production due to roll off the production line in the coming weeks.

What makes our tree shear Different?

Manufactured in Hertfordshire UK, the TS300 is designed to shear the toughest woods found in the UK such as oak and ash.

100% HARDOX construction provides an incredibly high strength to weight ratio. With 60 tons of cutting force but a weight of only 335kg with both the top and side mounting bracket.

Trunnion mount oversized hydraulic cylinder that offers incredible shearing capacity and speed. The unique geometry offers the maximum shearing capacity half way through the shearing capacity at the point where the most force is required to shear the tree or branch.

Fitted with a curved profile blade that is only 12mm thick HARDOX reducing the power required to cut the timber and reducing the damage and splitting to the sheared timber and the stump left behind.

Telehandler brackets also available

Manufacture in our own factory in Hertfordshire.

-500mm Hardox 450 grab tines
-Twin hydraulic cylinder operation
-Quick release floating tine bar with transport position with options for up to four tines.
-Integral fabricated brackets for any loader manufacturer
-Adjustable Galvanised top bale support on the BBG3+1 and Fixed on the BBG4

The JSA manufactured Vertical bale grabs are designed for the toughest harvest conditions and the weights of modern high density bales. The grab comes in two models, the BBG 3+1 and the BBG 4 and relates to the number of standard 900mm high bales it will safely handle.
Capable of picking any density of bales up from the side of the bale or top and rotating the grab to the horizontal position without risk of dropping the bales. The 500mm long Hardox grab tines pe*****te deep into the bale with their unique geometry that pulls the bale in tight to the frame. The grab can be used with or without the floating quick release tine bar that can be fitted or removed without any lifting or tools.
