World Environment Day 🌎 🌳

This year's theme for World Environment Day is 'Climate Action', a reminder that protecting our planet starts with the choices we make today.

In 2025, Academia extended the life of 45,000 IT assets, helping to avoid approximately 11,250 tonnes of CO₂e emissions by reducing the need for new device manufacturing.

Boost pupil's creativity, communication and literacy skills with our latest Delivering the NI Curriculum with Apple session 📚

We are delighted to share an exciting literacy-focused session through the 'Delivering the NI Curriculum with Apple' series, designed to showcase the role that technology can play in supporting teachers to develop creativity, writing, talking and listening skills through collaborative and imaginative activities.

In this pre-recorded virtual lesson, pupils will:
⭐ Use Freeform to collaboratively design and draw an original character.
⭐ Develop vocabulary by writing descriptions of their character’s appearance, personality and adventures.
⭐ Build communication and oracy skills by scripting role-play conversations.
⭐ Use GarageBand to record a short script with their character.
