🛠️ Planned Maintenance is a vital part of any mechanical equipment.

We were called out to a client of ours to investigate an issue with rising temperatures in their server room. This particular room is kitted out with 100’s of thousands of pounds worth of vital computing equipment and back up power solutions, any major issues would be catastrophic for their business. We attended site and after investigating, we found all 5 outdoor units serving this area were heavily blocked through the whole coil. We stripped each unit individually and thoroughly cleaned them, followed by general health checks on each unit. A huge improvement was seen when we were complete, meaning our client can be stress free and their servers can run at their optimum again. They should also see a significant drop in energy usage costs, jet from a little bit of maintenance!

Keeping on top of maintenance can save thousands on repairs and call out fees, and keep your equipment running efficiently! Remember to book in when due!

After a long break from social media, what better way to return than to share this one with you! A recent install on behalf of the best in the business !

This one consisted of 2 separate mortuary coldroom, a 5 bay cabinet aswell as a 3 bay.

The larger of the two chilled by 2 separate refrigeration systems, both running J&E Hall condensing units, paired with a twin fan, ceiling mounted KFL evaporator. Both systems controlled via Carel Mastercella panels.

The 3 bay room houses a Zanotti Uniblock split system.

All racking and metal works, including trolleys professionally manufactured to the best standard by Mortuary Solutions themselves.
