SWR’s Wire Rope Division is expanding and we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Production Worker to join our friendly team. Full training provided.

Role includes:
• Making wire rope assemblies
• Using tools & machinery
• Following drawings & quality checks
• Working to tight tolerances
• Supporting team targets

This week, we came together to shine a light on something that matters deeply.

From wearing green in solidarity, to completing small, positive tasks on our Mental Health Bingo Card, we made it a priority to support one another and keep the conversation going.

Everyone went above and beyond to get everyone involved and make sure mental health was at the forefront of our workplace culture. 👏

Mental Health Awareness Week is a powerful reminder that even small actions - like checking in on a colleague or taking a moment for yourself - can make a big difference.
