Customer was complaining of difficulty of getting 1st & 2nd gears, after a road test my diagnosis was a clutch cover issue, today, gearbox removed and found 2 of the 3 straps holding the clutch cover together were broken, new clutch fitted and problem sorted

A few jobs from this week so far, a Citroën C1 which came in for a service last week and found a weeping driveshaft oil seal, new seal and gearbox oil fitted and an Audi in for a drivers window not working, problem was traced to a broken regulator, door stripped down, regulator renewed and reassembled.
